Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

AAA Carpet Cleaning takes every precaution to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that may become more apparent after cleaning (such as previously hidden stains or carpet deterioration). We will assess and document the condition of your carpets and furnishings before beginning any work.
